マーポー亭のスパイス麻婆麺は、辣油がテラテラ輝くスパイシーな麺料理。だけど、辛いだけじゃありません。

味付けはオイスターソースと中国たまり醤油。スパイス麻婆豆腐とは異なる味付けです。
たまり醤油のコク、オイスターソースの旨味、ピーナッツの甘み…etc
色んな要素を組み合わせて仕上げた一杯です。

そして、麺を食べ終えた後は、絶対に「追い飯」が食べたくなります。器に残った旨みたっぷりのタレにごはんを絡めて、最後の一滴まで味わい尽くしてください。

Mapo-tei's Spicy Mapo Noodles are a spicy noodle dish glistening with chili oil — but it's not just about the heat.
The depth of tamari soy sauce, the umami of oyster sauce, and the sweetness of peanuts come together in a bowl built from many layers of flavor.
It is seasoned with oyster sauce and Chinese tamari soy sauce, so the flavor is different from our Spicy Mapo Tofu.
And once the noodles are gone, you will absolutely crave our Oimeshi (extra rice). Mix rice into the flavorful sauce left in the bowl and savor it down to the very last drop.
It has been a big hit since the day it launched!
